Ethicall™ guarantees a full refund for any returned product(s) in accordance with the section Right of Withdrawal, provided that all product(s) are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the product(s) should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the product) and that any labels or tags should be intact.

Defects & Warranty
Your purchase is covered by the Spain Sale of Goods Act, which means, that you have a 12 month right to complaint. This means that you can either have a faulty product(s) repaired or replaced, receive a refund or reduction in the purchase price, depending on the specific situation. Your right to complain is applicable only to defects of the product(s) that were present at the time of delivery and not defects that have occurred as a result of faulty usage or damages made after you have received the product(s).
If you have a complaint regarding faults in your received product(s), including damage incurred in transit, please let us know within a reasonable period of time from the point where the defect was identified by e-mailing our Customer Care service at email@example.com.
